One standout project was with SouthCo, where we performed a proof of concept to migrate their large, outdated SAP system to AWS. Their system hadn’t been patched in years, the database was running on big endian architecture, and the export had to be transported using AWS Snowball due to slow internet speeds. Despite repeated challenges, including data corruption, we succeeded in providing a complete copy of their production system and loading over 100 SAP notes to run the Readiness Check, paving the way for their S/4HANA conversion.
We’ve also partnered with Sports Basement, where we were honored to lead the world’s first retail conversion to S/4HANA. This complex project involved migrating their SAP landscape to AWS and conducting a Readiness Check to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
At Rumpke, a U.S.-based client, we migrated their entire SAP environment from SAP HEC to AWS, including critical components like S/4, Fiori, DP Agents, and Webdispatchers. Rumpke sought personalized support and open communication, which we delivered alongside our technical expertise, ensuring their project was a success.
